Insomnia Cookies

I ordered cookies for a large group and one person was gluten free. There was no marking or separate packaging for the gluten free cookies and they looked the same as the regular chocolate chip. You can’t advertise something if you’re not actually offering it!!! I don’t know if the workers were just being lazy or weren’t trained on allergens but this could have made her really sick.

This place is a mess. Ordered a 6 pack mix of gluten free cookies and others in separate packaging (4 gluten free 2 non-gluten free). They didn't have gluten free cookies and didn't notify me till after I paid. An honest mistake. The person I was with was offered one of the non-gluten free ones (we thought as an a apology) and they said yes. I did want a refund due to use only coming for the gluten free cookies. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was a bit of a wait but we eventually got the refund. I looked at the refund receipt and noticed it wasn't the full refund amount. I asked politely for the managers attention and she snapped at me asking what I needed. I explained that it wasnt the full total and that she still charged me for 2 cookies. She argued that we had a cookie in our hand and thus only refunded the gluten free ones. We said we would pay for the one cookie in my friend hand but we still wanted a refund for the other cookie. The manager said the cookie couldn't be refunded on the computer in the front (the one she just used for the other one) and went to the back and never came back. It sounds like a big rouse but all I wanted were gluten free cookies and ended up paying $5.50 for a singular cold cookie. I liked this place before. Don't think I'll come back to this location again.
