The cashier acted so annoyed that she had customers. Literally rolling her eyes as she walked out from the back. We asked for gluten free cookies.
She said they were out, so we decided to go somewhere else (celiacs), and she said, "well, it's gonna take a long time bc they just shipped in". We said we're happy to wait. Waiting isn't a big deal, but having someone act extremely annoyed to have customers is weird. Will not be returning to this location. Also, a lady came in after me and waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come out and take her order for one cookie. We both were like what the heck I travel a lot and frequent insomnia locations often. Have had nothing but pleasant experiences elsewhere. This location needs to be addressed. It's bad.

Came in this afternoon and was greeted with fresh warm cookies, perfect timing! Employee Jayden was super fun and sweet and gave us excellent recommendations 10/10 delicious gluten free cookies to!
