I have celiac disease so I have to watch what I order. I made an order through DoorDash, and an employee at Insomnia had to call about my order and making a change. I informed her of this and opted to have icing. I received another callback notifying me that none of their icing is gluten free. I have never had someone got out of the way for this! Props to this employee! It may seem small, but it really meant a lot because I could have gotten really sick!

I’m happy that we have an insomnia cookies here! The cookies were great especially the double chocolate chunk. Not too sweet or salty. Lots of options to pick from especially gluten free and vegan free too!
