Insomnia Cookies

We went, hoping they would have gluten-free cookies. They do have a gluten-free cookie option. It is only a chocolate chunk cookie, but it’s very delicious. They did have them most places you go are out. I ordered two and when I left, I opened the box and they gave me four the two ladies were very kind And the cookies were warm five stars.

I have celiac disease so I have to watch what I order. I made an order through DoorDash, and an employee at Insomnia had to call about my order and making a change. I informed her of this and opted to have icing. I received another callback notifying me that none of their icing is gluten free. I have never had someone got out of the way for this! Props to this employee! It may seem small, but it really meant a lot because I could have gotten really sick!
