Insomnia Cookies

First visit to Insomnia Cookies in Lynchburg! We were so pleased! Had a date night and wanted fresh warm bakery cookies and coffee. Sbx fulfilled the coffee requirement in a reusable thermal mug to stay hot so we headed over to this convenient little cafe next. We had googled warm cookies as I remembered a tiny unforgettable little walkup hot homemade baked cookie shoppe in a historic part of Philly nostalgically. Insomnia had answered the phone and my questions with cheerful detailed information. We were delighted that they were open til after midnight! We were suggested a great special of buy 6 get 6 free which made a reasonably priced value for sampling the gluten free, vegan and varied classic flavor options! The attendant was helpful in choosing and served us quickly. While not exactly hot all cookies were pleasantly warm soft and available immediately! The gluten free was also very good and we would certainly recommend these treats! We were even offered an ice cream sample from about 8 flavors available. It would be really nice if they offered a nice local brew of strong hot coffee with the cookies but we will recommend Insomnia Cookies for sure! The flexible hours and delicious cookies were a great match!
