Food wasn’t very good. We ordered cheese/salsa & chips and 2 burgers with fries. The cheese dip was tasteless. We ordered the fries crispy and asked the burgers be cooked “until the juices ran clear” when asked how we wanted our burgers. They must have got confused because the burgers were extra crispy, the fries however were flaccid & extremely greasy (but nothing remotely crispy). The bright spot was our waiter. He was attentive & gave exceptional service. We’ll never eat here again most likely bcs the food wasn’t anything special, but it’s not the waiter’s fault. Also, is it too much to ask that you have GF buns available as an option for those with celiac? You’re a decent sized local chain at this point, so get with it.

My granddaughter has celiac disease. She is totally Gluten free and it's hard to go to restaurants because no one has a gluten-free menu or they're not willing to make an accommodations to fix her something to eat. Urban Air above & beyond. Our waitress's name was Faith. I told her my granddaughter had celiac disease. Faith brought the owner Carol to our table and Carol was absolutely wonderfully amazing. My granddaughter was so happy she found a place where she can eat something other than a salad. They had several gluten-free options. If I could get Faith and Carol a million stars I would. We decided from whenever we want to go out to eat we will go there to eat . To Carol and Faith, thank you so much for your kindness listening to us and understanding the situation. You went above and beyond and I totally is so appreciate it God bless you
