I am delighted to have discovered Inward, a true gem for fans of vegan and gluten-free cuisine. As soon as I arrived, I was seduced by the warm and modern atmosphere of the place, ideal for a relaxed but refined meal. The menu is a real invitation to discover incredibly varied and creative flavors. Each dish is carefully prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, highlighting the richness of plant products. I opted for a bowl based on roasted vegetables, quinoa and homemade hummus, and I was not disappointed: the textures were perfect, the flavors subtle and balanced. What particularly impressed me was the diversity of options offered, both for vegans and those following a gluten-free diet. Whether you are gluten intolerant or not, there is something for everyone. And for those who like to sweeten their meals, the desserts are to die for! The gluten-free red fruit tart and the vegan cheesecake completely won me over. The service was impeccable, the staff attentive, attentive and very kind. You feel a real passion behind each dish, and this is reflected in the quality of the cuisine.
