Ishi Shabu

Overall great experience! Not bad price and good quality sushi. I did the AYCE sushi. Side note, they are gluten free-friendly and will work with you on alterations and what you can and cannot have! Appetizers: Kani salad was just straight imitation krab with mayo. No cucumber. Definitely would skip next time. Lobster rangoons were subpar, not bad but wouldn’t get again. The tuna tartar was delicious! Great quality and taste. Nigiri: The salmon nigiri was probably my favorite. Very buttery fish and good rice ratio. Sushi rolls: the 3 rolls I got were good. One had lobster mix on the top and it was so fishy I had to scrape it off. However, the rest of the roll was good. It was nice that they offer specialty rolls in the all you can eat. Mochi: obviously just packaged frozen, but the strawberry is good. They serve it with whipped cream and chocolate sauce though which was kind of gross. Never heard of putting sundae toppings on mochi, I scraped it all off.
