I love this place so much, hard to not go in and leave with half the store. I cater from here a lot and it’s always a hit for events and business lunches. I keep the hot sauce in my fridge to put on everything. The chicken, veg options, grains and deserts are my favorite - especially the chocolate chip cookies and gluten free brownies.

Totally lovely place to stop by and get a quick bite! It’s like super healthy delicious fast food (in that it comes fast but is healthy and delicious). I have celiac and forgot to tell the staff and then remembered after they’d already cooked my food and they were so so nice about it. I felt terrible lol but they couldn’t have been nicer about it. If you need gluten free food this place has a ton of great options and if you don’t then even better! 10/10 recommend

I really like Isle of Us. Healthy options for a light meal or coffee and pastry. Try the Mochi cake for a gluten free treat. The tumeric latte is excellent, and a nice alternative to coffee. There's a holistic spa adjoining the restaurant. I have been there many times and plan to go back. There's some okay seating outdoors in front.
