Isuka Hibachi Express and Sushi

Some of the best hibachi I've had. They're yum yum sauce is homemade and the steak is always cooked so perfectly! The sushi is really good as well. The owner is so incredibly humble and kind, so are all of the workers that I've met. The meat is high quality and halal. One of my and my husband's favorite places to go. I'm Celiac and they are so amazing with my dietary needs. If I order on doordash, I just call and tell them that I placed an order and they will clean the grill use all the precautions that they can and use gluten-free soy sauce to make my hibachi. The homemade ginger dressing has gluten in it so I will get the ranch. They are very knowledgeable about my Celiac disease and what contains gluten which I appreciate.
