We went there and they truly do not understand what is gluten free. initially I was handed a menu and told everything was gluten free, there are many things that very obviously would not be. I did ask about one dish and initially was told it was gluten free and then after asking more questions the seafood was cooked in a shared fryer which tells me that they do not understand about cross-contamination. when I started to ask more questions the person pivoted to spice levels as though that was what I was concerned about when all I was concerned about was not being exposed to gluten. I didn't order anything there I did not feel safe enough, and just for perspective I have Celiac and have been eating gluten free for over two decades so I'm familiar with safe protocols and what questions to ask.

Super impressed. I've been to India many times and this food exceeded much of the food I've had even there. Amazing flavor and depth of spices. Had dal makhani and kashmiri aloo. Have celiac and they were very careful and thoughtful about making sure the dishes were gluten free (no flour, no hing - just in case it had wheat in it). Awesome, friendly service too. Highly, highly recommend.
