It' Sushi

Absolutely LOVE this restaurant! It is my fav sushi place hands down! The smoked duck roll is like bacon on your sushi! They have an amazing gluten free selection and the servers are always amazing 🤩 1000% would recommend

We have lived 2 years in Spruce grove and heard about this little gem through a FB post, it was the first time I've heard of them, talked hubby into going and we are so glad we did! Greeted warmly when we walked in, was sat right away and brought us menus, I ordered the spring rolls, they were the best I ever had, fresh, light and crispy and so tasty! I also ordered the new menu item "Sakura roll" and OMG! Seriously sooo good! So full of flavor! I highly recommend trying that one! Hubby has Celiac and ordered a GF roll, I dont remember the name of it, and I couldn't find it on the menu, but it had beef and truffle and some other yummy sounding Ingredients, he loved it too! Luckily I remembered pictures! First roll is mine. Very pleased with our visit! We will be back with Family! How do I add photos dammit? Lol

Called ahead to ask about gluten free options. They said that they clean the cutlery and cutting board between orders and have many gluten free guests that eat there with success. There is a gluten free section listed right in the menu. The confirmed that they DO NOT have a gluten free fryer so nothing that is fried is safe for celiac (including the chicken karage even though it's listed under gluten free). They can tell you what items are fried and which ones are not. Make sure to specify celiac (or gluten allergy) when placing your order. I had the GF smoked duck roll, GF refresh roll, and GF truffle roll. They have good variety and their rolls are both beautiful and delicious. I felt very good after eating there.
