It's KBBQ & Shabu Shabu

We had been looking for a new KBBQ/Hotpot for a bit and nothing else had checked all the boxes yet. This place definitely did and exceeded the bar. Hai was our server and he was so attentive. He was excellent at explaining everything and providing anything we needed without us even asking. My friend is gluten free and unable to consume it as such. She was very excited their gluten free broth was much more than the usual water she received as the "broth" for her hot pot at other places. Yes you heard correctly! They have an actual gluten free and FLAVORFUL broth. Of course you can season broth, but this was a cut above the rest. Our cups were never empty of beverage and we always had meat on the grill til we were done and in our pots. Also let me mention we had a fresh grill the whole time. Anytime it would become to used it was quickly changed out for a new plate. My friends and I cannot wait to come back here. The food was great, the atmosphere was so brightly lit and inviting, but the service Hai provided as well as the owner checking in on us was phenomenal and that's what stood out to me the most.
