Italian Cucina is an intimate and warm, restaurant, with a friendly and welcoming staff. The quality of their food is outstanding. Unlike other restaurants with extensive menus, it's clear Italian Cucina focuses on quality over quantity. Their freshly made pasta is cooked perfectly al dente and the Bolognese sauce has a unique character defined by its mixture of meats. The pork chop has an excellent sauce that is difficult to stop eating. Italian Cucina is also an excellent choice for anyone who has celiac disease. While there is not a separate gluten free menu, many of the dishes are naturally gluten free. The gluten free gnocchi was a big hit.
