I had dinner there with my celiac disease group. Since we had registered, the boss made pizza dough especially for us the evening before. For this, very high hygienic standards must be observed. Thank you for that. The pizza was very good. Unfortunately the plates weren't warmed up, so the pizza got cold very quickly. Gluten-free pizza is only available if you order in advance. It is a very big effort because the kitchen and equipment have to be cleaned beforehand so that no contamination occurs. Anyone who needs to eat gluten-free is in the best hands there.
