Itto Ramen & Japanese Tapas

Amazing ramen, and sides. Service was fast even though they were busy! Gluten free rice noodles!

You know when you’re just in the mood for Ramen? Well on my latest trip to Asheville my boyfriend and I decided to stay downtown instead of at the Biltmore so we could easily walk to check out some of the downtown restaurants. I was in the mood for some ramen so after a quick stop at Curate for an appetizer, we found Itto Ramen and Japanese Tapas. SUPER friendly and quick service. Great menu selection for those who may not be craving ramen at that moment. And my FAVORITE was that they had two gluten free options available. I picked the Kale Ramen noodles since anytime I can load up on veggies AND get ramen, well, that’s a win for me. LOVED the broth (I did the Classic Ramen) and the addition of the arugula is not something I’ve seen before but LOVE LOVE LOVE, and the pork was perfectly done and not super fatty like ramen pork often can be. We’ll be back, that’s for sure!
