I love Itto! I have a gluten allergy, and I really appreciate how I can eat sushi here! My server was Sey, she was so sweet and attentive! I always have good service here. They can make almost all of their rolls gluten free, and they have a separate soy sauce!! I ordered the dandelion.

My favorite sushi place in Utah! I have celiac so I love that they are able to make any roll gluten free! They are super fast and efficient, we never have to wait and are always in and out! Tuesdays and Wednesdays are half off during happy hour, so my husband and I come every week!! 10/10 would recommend!!
