Drinks and condiments are self-serve and use biodegradable utensils and condiment cups. Do not miss out on their tartar sauce, a famous staple in this area. I almost always get the cod and chips, though they offer several other fried seafood options and a few gluten-free grilled options. Ivar's is casual, consistent; an indelible delectable favorite familiar across Seattle history. No drive-thru. Sit down, relax, and enjoy your seafood listening to classic oldies. The salmon dinner is a great option, especially since I can't have gluten (I just skip the cornbread). The staff is always friendly snd they keep the place really clean. My entire family loves Ivar's, even the members that don't like a lot of seafood!
