We just finished our first visit, and we sat at the sushi bar. Damn, it was absolutely amazing! To start, the place is pretty cool and has a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The food... is absolutely great. We started with black miso cod, and it's something we'll definitely repeat. Then, we tried two rolls: tekka and negihama, and we were already very, very happy. The nigiri, though, were the stars: we tried toro, tuna tataki and saba. We loved it so much that we added another round of toro (tuna). The quality of fish is just absolutely outstanding. We were very happy with the drink options, I enjoyed the blackberry blush coctail. We finished with some delicious lychee sorbet and enjoyed extra fruit from the kitchen. Gluten free options are clearly marked, I was also given gluten free soy sauce. That doesn't happen often, it is greatly appreciated!

I've been known to come here several days in a row, it's that good. Definitely one of the best spots for gluten free dining in Denver, both because they have a lot of options and because they are very aware of what dishes are available. I've never had an off night or bad dish here, it's always excellent. If you're hungry, go for the deluxe sushi platter-- it's a great deal. If you're a foodie, go with the apps like tapas, they're amazing.
