It hurts to leave a rating this low for a former favorite. While service and quality have never been an issue, company policy is moving some of it's loyal customers to the back burner. I have later onset gluten allergens. To enjoy the same buffet my wife does, I'd have to spend $100+ due to the entire allergen menu being á la carte. It costs nothing to leave panko out of spicy fish recipes until prep cooks can fold it in as needed through the night. It even saves money since certain ingredients would be totally left out on some dishes. I'm sorry, but I'll take my money to sushi spots that are willing to better accommodate individuals with allergen needs.
