They have gluten-free Ramen and not those thin rice noodles, proper Ramen type but in gluten free version. Plus gluten free soy sauce. They are super helpful to figure out what items are safe for celiac, including sauces and sushi. They are the only Japanese resteraunt in town, I have come across that is well informed and cognizant of allergy food items and have appropriate alternatives for some dishes.
