We were visiting my brother & SIL and he chose your restaurant based on prior visits. I had great concerns eating here since the menu does not state that Gluten Free meals can be accommodated. I had emailed the restaurant prior & George graciously answered, stating J.A is a scratch kitchen & could prepare many GF dishes. I agreed this is a safe place for me. Well, I could not have been happier with the service from Sarah. She was the most attentive, friendly, concerning server I have ever met!!! She double checked that my meal would be safe. And it was! No gluten issues! My brother& SIL had some menu requests and Sarah accommodated them as well ( hubby happy with his ribs)! This is one of my BEST experiences at a restaurant. Sarah is your All Star! I wish I lived here! Or maybe you can clone Sarah, so we can enjoy her in Clermont Fl or NY. Thank you for a WONDERFUL evening. Sarah , you are THE BEST!
