Entering this ramen restaurant felt like stepping into an alternate dimension where flavor goes to die. The atmosphere? Imagine a sterile hospital waiting room mixed with a high school cafeteria—complete with the faint smell of regret. IM KIDDDING IM KIDDING I recently visited JINYA, and let me tell you, it was an adventure! The ambiance had a cozy, eclectic vibe that felt like stepping into a creative art space—definitely unique. I decided to try the gluten free ramen. It was packed with bold flavors that made me think outside the box. The noodles were cooked just right, although they had a playful, chewy texture that might surprise some. The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely passionate about their craft, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I must say, my server Alex T was the best, they were eager to chat and recommend their favorites. We tried his favorite flavor Sake. If you’re looking for a great ramen experience, this might be it.

The food was excellent and I was thrilled to find so many gluten free options. I hope they will co tongue to offer these and expand to include gluten free tempura, gluten free dumplings and so on. Our server, Mika, was awesome. Nice outdoor dining options.
