I went because I saw they had a few vegan ramen choices. I got the Vegan Red Fire Opal, and it was amazing! Service was great- no issue at all there. The only issue was that I brought someone who needed gluten-free. Jinya had a gluten-free tab on their site, but nothing was loading (my fault for not calling and double checking), and I thought it was just a website problem. I assumed they'd at least have rice noodles, but they didn't, and even the sushi wasn't gluten-free, as we were informed there was gluten in the sauces, so there were only a few odd options to put together for her. It would be nice if rice noodles were, at least, an option.
