JOE & THE JUICE

This store NEEDS a toilet! And every Joe & The Juice needs to get their juice recipe right. I feel like it’s hit or miss. Either too watery, too cold or simply perfect lol get it together, guys. Thanks for offering gluten free bread tho ☺️🙏

I recently visited Joe & the Juice on Regent Street for a quick lunch, and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by a member of the staff, Adyen. Despite us being in a rush, Adyen went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and pleasant experience. We placed a lunch order for two, and Adyen took the time to patiently explain everything to us. He made sure I would receive my loyalty points on the Joe & the Juice app, which was really thoughtful. I have specific dietary requirements (gluten-free), and Adyen, along with his colleagues, followed up on my order to ensure everything was prepared correctly. Adyen was sweet, polite, and incredibly thoughtful, turning what could have been a routine lunch into a lovely experience. A huge shoutout to him for his excellent service! I will definitely be returning, thanks to him.
