CELIACS AND/OR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES, BEWARE!!! Ordered two sandwiches - one regular, one with gluten-free bread. I ordered this to take on a road trip to the south. When I stopped for lunch, I saw that both sandwiches had regular bread. I am celiac, which means I can’t eat any gluten, which means I had nothing to eat for lunch. The delivery app (Deliveroo) says “we can’t do anything”. Contacted Joe & The Juice directly, they say they can’t do anything because Deliveroo holds the order.

I really like the brand and the deserts. I work just next to the place so I have the chance to always have a sit and enjoy the food. Unfortunately last time I went the waiter made a mistake and didn’t made my sandwich with gluten free bread and I just realized when I was about to finish the sandwich. I hope this mistake do not happen again. Cheers for the raw coconut square . 💘 Ps: I suggest everyone to download the app and participate of the club to win points from Joe & the juice when you buy something. ☺️
