Edit regarding an incident on February 29th: A bizarre incident occurred here when I placed an order for pickup and another woman was able to breeze in and grab (and began eating) my order with my name on the bag. I know it was lunch hour and staff were stressed but the incident was handled bizarrely. I waited another 15 mins for a new sandwich that I had ordered in advance. The juice the girl had picked up and taken with my sandwich was taken from her, brought back in and given to me (I feel like it would’ve been nice to have made me a new juice). I’m not one to cause a scene and I’m pretty patient. But I was really disappointed in how this was handled. There needs to be some sort of verification before someone is allowed to pick up a prepaid order. Please be aware that during lunch, orders are going out a bit chaotically with drivers also waiting for delivery orders and it’s pretty hectic. I do appreciate the man who made my sandwich for me and apologized but the rest of the staff working were pretty lackluster at this time. Sad to say. They’re usually much better than this…as per my previous glowing review below. Previous review: This is a small location but they are very efficient. Staff were friendly and careful to ask about allergies vs preference (when I ordered my sandwich gluten free). Not much indoor seating but a few tables outside. They seem to get a lot of delivery orders so lunchtime is busy but the wait was tolerable because staff are so efficient. I downloaded the app and it makes things even easier because you can order ahead for pick up at the counter! Their juices are fresh and delicious. I love the Go Away Doc.
