JOE & THE JUICE

I visited the Joe & The Juice store in Kingston In London today and left feeling absolutely disgusted and disrespected as a customer. I ordered two sandwiches, including one gluten-free option, and was shocked by the appalling service. I waited 25 minutes for my order, and during that time, all I could see was food being burned—sandwiches and bread repeatedly ruined by the staff. It was clear they had no idea what they were doing. The level of incompetence was staggering, and the staff were not only clueless but also incredibly rude. I can’t understand how such a simple task as toasting a sandwich could be handled so poorly. The atmosphere was unprofessional and frustrating, leaving me regretting my decision to visit. I wish I had gone to Gail’s instead—at least I know the staff there are friendly and respectful. I wasted £26 on this terrible experience, and I am demanding a full refund. Please process my refund immediately, as this was entirely unacceptable. Avoid this place—it’s not worth your time or money!
