Our server for the night was Duanny, and let me just say, I hope all who go here get to have him. He was such a delight, answered all the questions I had about the vegan/gluten friendly options, and did so cheerfully! Such great food and atmosphere here as well!!

Had the most INCREDIBLE saturday morning brunch at JOEY DTLA. Was greeted with the utmost professional service when I arrived. You could feel the welcoming energy as soon as you entered the space. We sat on their GORGEOUS patio space. It was so nice, you honestly forgot that you were in DTLA for a quick second. You could have told me that I was in Tulum, and I wouldn't have batted an eye. Not to mention their delicious cocktails. We had the watermelon drink and the mezcal drink. Let me tell you, these were some of the most well-balanced drinks that I have had in LA. As I am vegan and my partner is gluten free, they had plenty of options for us, and were very accommodating to any adjustments needed! To make sure that everything went well, Isabel continued to check-in with our table to ensure that everything was going well. She was an absolute GEM!! It was like having a Guardian Angel walking me through the early afternoon, while I nursed the repercussions of a very long night. If anyone internally is reading this review, that lady needs a RAISE!!! You can tell that she cares about her team, about her guests, and you can tell that she has a HUGE HAND at making sure that everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail with our experience, as well as making sure the kitchen and serving staff was well aware of our dietary restrictions. We were incredible grateful for her presence during our dining experience. Everyone was incredible, but Isabel's influence will have us coming back time and time again! THANK YOU ISABEL!! Incredible team. Amazing environment, and delicious food and drinks! What more can you ask for??!

This was my first time here and as someone who spends a lot of time with restaurants, I was BLOWN AWAY!!!! From my first interaction with the booking system to when we stepped in the door to meet the impressive Tiffany. She met me with my list of allergies and while we waited graced us with a glass of bubbly. She was polished, polite, and engaging to all. When we were seated, we had a fun patio table and enjoyed a great vibe with Dustin. He did not miss a beat by not only grabbing an extra glass of bubbly for our wait but… double checking the tablet list of ingredients with the kitchen. It was seriously a dream come true. I felt like I didn’t have to second guess my concerns I also felt like we were the most important guests in the moment even though all guests were. The menu is exciting but try atmosphere even more so and the dessert left my gluten-free cake lovers dream wanting to come back. The martinis are a gift as a double pour but again it’s the service and ambiance that took me away. Thank you Tiffany and Dustin, we can’t wait to return!
