I recently had to go gluten free and I'm still in the learning process of what I can have and what I can't. Jay was so kind to me and spent time going over what I could eat there and made a special roll for me. I feel like he really went out of his way to help find something I would like. I have not had that experience at other restaurants. I loved this place before but after tonight's experience, I love it even more. The food is amazing and so is the wait staff.

The best sushi I've ever had! Wait staff was very nice despite us coming in during their last hour before close. Waiter patiently answered my various questions about the rolls and offered to modify them to accommodate my celiac disease. I will be returning! :)
