Me and my family visited the restaurant, drawn by its prestigious two Michelin stars, and opted for the ten-course tasting menu. The food was undeniably delicious, especially the first few courses, which showcased a wonderful depth of flavor and the chef’s remarkable skill. However, by the fifth course, the dishes started to lose their charm, as many of the sauces had similar flavor profiles, which slightly diminished the overall experience. On a positive note, I must commend the team’s exceptional attention to my gluten intolerance. They carefully adapted every dish to suit my dietary needs without compromising quality or taste, allowing me to enjoy the meal worry-free. Despite minor shortcomings, the overall experience was pleasant and deserves recognition. We appreciate the team’s efforts and their meticulous care for their guests.

We visited a two-star Michelin restaurant with high expectations and were left with mixed feelings. The atmosphere was sophisticated and the Cutipol cutlery made a strong impression on my wife – a stylish and memorable detail. We chose the 10-course tasting menu, which was carefully adapted to my wife’s gluten intolerance, for which we express our special thanks. She was happy with the dishes served and appreciated the attention to detail. However, the overall menu turned out to be too heavy for our group, and some of the dishes were too similar in concept and taste. The wines and champagne were impeccable and wonderfully selected, which added value to the experience. My advice to future guests is to choose the 6-course menu, which would probably provide a more balanced and light experience. The restaurant has many strengths, but we would recommend a little more variety in the tasting menus.
