Very disappointed in our experience- it was overpriced for the Easter Buffet meal we were served. Every 15 minutes we were reminded we only had our table until 1:30. Our reservation was for 12:30. At 1:20, we were being rushed out of the restaurant. The advertisement looks like mimosas were included, but they were extra. The food was not very good. We were sat at a both and had people with a disability yet two large tables sat empty and we were not able to switch tables. Those parties did not come in until we were leaving. My niece is gluten free and when she asked if there were any gluten free dessert options, she was told she would have to pay for a dessert. They couldn’t even offer her a scoop of ice cream? Very poor customer service all the way around and not accommodating at all. We couldn’t enjoy our meal with people having to get in and out of the booth and being pressured for time. I don’t think we will be back.

Went to the restaurant to celebrate with family. Called ahead because I have MANY food allergies and intolerances. The manager was not knowledgeable about everything that was in her gluten free food. So I brought my own pizza in and didn’t see the ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK on the door. I own that. So then I sat down with my gluten free Blaze and the manager (who I spoke with on the phone) came to the table and told me I couldn’t eat that in here. There’s no outside food or drink allowed. Then I explained that they didn’t have proper accommodations and she continued to say, “well, you can’t just sit here and eat Little Caesars pizza in here”. So I left the table with my pizza and asked to speak with the manager not realizing it was the same person. I just wanted to challenge the policy and see if they offered any accommodation though I was more than willing to finish my food outside and expressed I was still ordering food for my son and fiancé. She went on being argumentative and gaslighting me “I’m sorry you feel that way”, etc. Let’s not mention that I’m 27 weeks pregnant so a medical emergency is not in anyone’s best interest. To sum it up, another more mature manager came and talked to me and then apologized for the way it was handled. I will not be going back to Jac’s as I don’t feel safe eating somewhere that is passive about their food ingredients and then has a manager that lacks the emotional intelligence to hear a customer out and come with a solution. It’s hard enough being “that person” with the complexity of food allergies. I’m very disappointed.
