I just bought the vanilla macaron ice cream sandwich at from Jack and Jill’s bake shop pop-up at the highland creek festival and it was amazing!!!! What a great gluten free summer treat!!! I accidentally ate it before I remembered to take a photo! Can’t wait to come to the brick and mortar location for more of those this summer!!!

Excellent variety of gluten free cookies but a little expensive. Will go back but only for a special occasion.
