Our first stop on Broadway was to Jack’s Bar-B-Que for some brisket!! This place was more like a fast food joint but the guy working behind the counter was awesome at getting new gloves, a new cutting board and grabbing fresh meat from the warmer to make it celiac/gluten free safe! 👍🏼😋

All meat is gluten free and some of the sides are too. If you ask they will change gloves and get a fresh chopping board to avoid cross contamination. Very helpful and food was amazing
