I have Celiacs and other allergies and they do such a great job at taking care to make my food safe. I have never had an issue at any Jack Astor's honestly. My server Jen was lovely and attentive.

I recently visited this place and ordered a gluten-free burger with grilled chicken. First, they gave me the wrong order, and when my correct one finally arrived, it was cold, chewy, and had no dressing — just chicken, a bun, and lettuce. It was completely distasteful. Gluten-free food should be treated with the same quality and care as other menu items. They really need to normalize gluten-free options and expand their menu — maybe add gluten-free pasta or tacos. Totally disappointed with this experience.

We had teryl as our waitress and she was so accommodating. When I asked her questions, she answered the questions thoroughly. She also gave me really good vegetarian and gluten free options (since I have trouble finding options lol). She also kept asking if we needed something else. 10/10 experience, def eat here
