Jack's Restaurant

We were passing through Bloomington and decided to check out jack’s and enjoyed our meal. We ordered the hummus plate which was flavorful, had great fresh veggies and the pita was warm and soft. We also ordered the pomegranate & goat cheese salad which was tangy but a bit over dressed (raisins and walnuts and pomegranate and beets). The chicken and lamb skewers were our final dish. Both were good. The meat could have used more seasoning/sauce but the veggies were great. The chicken was very moist. The lamb a bit over cooked. The price for the hummus and salad was a bit high but the quality overall was good. (Menu is clearly labeled gluten free)

I went there last night with my husband for the first time, and the food was absolutely delicious, and I really like the overall atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant. I ordered the salmon with dill sauce, and hummus as an appetizer, and they tasted wonderful. I noticed that my dish had a little more salt in it than I normally like, but still found it to be delicious. Next time, I may ask for them to cook my meal with a little less salt. I also like that you can bring your own wine with you, which was really nice too. There were also a lot of gluten-free options, which was nice too.
