Usually a great experience as we have dined here frequently except for our last experience. I have an allergy (Celiac) and ordered a Gluten Free meal on the menu, the same one I always get and never had an issues previously. When she first came back everything I had asked for wasn’t done, it’s like she completely ignored everything I said and another meal was brought out (and not what was ordered at all as we know we would never order it as it’s very spicy and we can’t handle spice). After about 10 minutes she’s comes back with the right order, my plate smells very funny, ordered the same dish previously and never smelled this but figured maybe i was smelling something else around me. I don’t know what happened in the back but Unfortnately the meal was NOT made gluten free. I suffered an allergic reaction shortly after eating here. PLEASE PLEASE take ALL allergies seriously and if someone orders a GLUTEN FREE meal, USUALLY it’s followed by “Is this due to an allergy?” To ensure precaution, and no cross contamination happens in the kitchen. Very sad when you take multiple steps to ensure the food you’re eating is okay and safe to eat and still get hurt in the end. If you cannot ensure a completely GLUTEN FREE meal then it should NOT be on the menu!
