Jack Stack Barbecue - Lee's Summit

Most delicious Kansas City BBQ we had on our trip! Everything we had was so amazing!!! The wings literally fell off the bone. Was the perfect amount of heat without being too spicy. All the meats for the combo plates were well seasoned. Brisket was thinning sliced. We substituted fries for baked potatoes instead. My husband has celiac disease and was able to eat here with no issues. Would highly recommend to eat here if visiting KC!

I had the big pig sandwich with fries. The sandwich was excellent, as usual. However, they changed the fries. They were great, now nothing special. I think before they were seasoned and had fewer short ones pointed at both ends. My gluten sensitive wife had her usual - brisket, turkey and loaded baked potato.

Gluten allergies and celiac are taken very seriously! I enjoy coming here. The servers were extremely accommodating to our needs and checked on our table multiple times to make sure we had what we needed.
