This is one of the only resturants I trust as a person with celiac. The employees always know what it is an can steer towards gluten free food, they're honest about any cross contamination risks, and they have so many options. I had the gluten free pulled pork sandwich and it is soooo good the bun was so fluffy I couldn't bealive it was gluten free and the meat was delicious. It also reheats amazing. Best part I've eaten here numerous times and never got sick.
