Our experience here was phenomenal! As someone with celiac, our server Colin went above and beyond to ensure that I could enjoy meals safely communicating with us and the chef on options and substitutes. They have indicators on the menu disclosing what is gluten-sensitive or gluten-sensitive available so I felt safe dining here and I really appreciate not having to question the menu like many nice restaurants that don’t disclose allergen safe options. It shows a restaurant cares when they disclose things from the get-go, so thank you Jack’s team! We came out for a birthday dinner and loved everything from start to finish. Colin was a gem, great personality, caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job and the food which made choosing items a breeze and worry free. The prices were also incredibly reasonable and the portions were perfect. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Heads up, celiacs - my husband and I went to Jack’s on Saturday night for a birthday celebration, and I wanted to share our experience for anyone with gluten sensitivities. Before ordering, I informed our server that I had celiac disease and asked for help with menu choices. He assured me that they cater to dietary needs and that anything marked "GF" would be safe. We ordered several items labeled gluten-free, and I double-checked with him to confirm safe. Unfortunately, I had a severe reaction shortly after getting home. When I called the manager the next day to discuss it, he apologized but mentioned that two items labeled "GF" on the menu actually aren’t gluten-free. I was shocked that such a nice restaurant would have such an oversight and was disappointed the server didn’t clarify this when we ordered. Just sharing to help other celiacs avoid a similar experience.
