I've not stayed at the Inn, but I've eaten there. I like the patio out back when weather permits. The wait staff is polite & knowledgeable about the menu. I must eat gluten free so eating out can be a challenge at times. They took all the challenge away... I had a fabulous meal. FYI, the beet salad is to die for!

I am not writing about the hotel, only the restaurant. Even though it has new owners, the food is still mediocre. Very few gluten free options and a chef that is unable to be creative and cook something. There are many other options for dinner in Jacksonville. I have stayed away for years and when I heard it had new owners I was hoping that the food would be better. I will stay away.
