Jade Beverly Hills

Newly renovated and open for the past month, Jade is both delicious, friendly and beaming with an awesome ambiance. They have two sushi chefs serving up delicious Japanese fusion food. I would highly recommend the smashed cucumbers (similar to Din Tai Fung!), corn cheese (so good!!), soy marinated mushrooms (holy crap the crispy shallots at the bottom are amazing!). For my main I tried the Sapphire Roll (vegan and gluten free friendly!). We also tried the Yuzu Margarita, which was super tasty. I'd definitely recommend this place! The food was amazing, but to top it off the ambiance and service was top notch as well. :) Seating: ideally sit inside because that's where all the beautiful decoration is. Outdoor seating is minimal and a bit noisy due to LA traffic.
