Jaipur Restaurant

Very nice Indian restaurant that also offers a lot of gluten-free dishes. Very cozy inside with a small terrace in summer. I have celiac disease and felt very safe even though the kitchen is not 100% gluten free. They go to great lengths to avoid contamination with gluten and even showed me the kitchen, everything looked neatly separated with its own cutting boards. There is even gluten free naan bread that is baked in the same clay oven, but they use a side specifically for the gluten free naan so at least there is less risk of contamination. The food was also really very tasty. The only drawback: if you order thalis for 4 people you apparently have to separately say that you want 2x thali for 2 people and not 4x individual thali, which makes a significant difference in the price. It was a bit annoying because we pointed to the section with the Thalis for 2 people on the map but it wasn't understood that way, but otherwise we were satisfied. The daily special drinks were also very tasty, although the price was on the expensive side.

Great dishes and everything gluten-free too! ☺️🎉 Unfortunately in Grünwald and not in Munich for me.
