I ate very well, abundant food well prepared, Senegalese cuisine is rich in flavors and colors, an experience that I highly recommend. Absolutely worth trying is the carcade' prepared at home by the chef, I've never had anything better and it's better! Furthermore, I have celiac disease and I was surprised by the care with which the allergens for each dish were indicated and by the chef's expertise in the field of intolerances, allergies and celiac disease! Unfortunately it doesn't happen to me often. Compliments!
