As someone with celiac disease, finding safe places to eat can be challenging, but this restaurant exceeded all expectations! The staff's knowledge and proactive approach to food allergies / restrictions was much appreciated. The manager noticed me ordering and took the time to explain what items were GF and their cross-contamination prevention measures, which was very reassuring.
The food itself was outstanding. The chicken shawarma platter was perfectly seasoned, the falafel was crispy and flavorful, and the hummus was silky smooth. After missing Middle Eastern cuisine for so long due to dietary restrictions, it was a joy to finally enjoy these dishes again without worry.
