Jan's Health Bar

I had Jan's Health Bar for the first time back in June & enjoyed it overall! I'm on a strict gluten free diet due to Celiac disease so it can be hard to find good & safe places to eat. Jan's has a sign at the cash register stating that they're not allergen friendly. They have gluten free bread & other ways to make their meals gluten free, but they don't always take precautions. I don't remember the name of my cashier but she was really nice, helpful, and understanding. She made a note for the cooks to change their gloves and she also brought out the mayo jar so that I could read the ingredients. I really appreciated her willingness to do that! I didn't get a reaction & my food was yummy. I got the chicken salad sandwich with fruit. My husband got the breakfast sandwich (with regular bread) & loved it. The food was brought out in a timely manner & all of their staff is super friendly!
