The canadien bacon was perfectly cooked, and the English muffin was freshly toasted, adding an extra layer of flavor to the dish. The eggs and hollandaise sauce were nuanced, delicious, subtle, and perfect. My wife had the hot chocolate, which she proclaimed as the best she's had in Naples. We were pleased that Jane's was able to provide gluten-free French toast for my wife and daughter, and it was just as delicious as the regular version.
