Wife and I stumbled on this place and decided to get a sandwich before leaving for the airport. We were told it would take 7mins but it took 18mins to make a gluten free mushroom toastie. Other patrons ordered after us received their meals in a reasonable time frame but we were left waiting. There was only one person making sandwiches and the other 3 staff members were just standing around talking. Disappointed since we were excited to try but unfortunately the service and inefficiency left a negative experience.
Overall quality of the sandwich was decent but $18 for a small toastie seems over priced if you're comparing it to the regular sour dough option and we paid extra for the gluten free bread.
We had high hopes but the service definitely needs to improve.
