Japonais Sushi Nagoya

This is a good sushi place in Colmar and we enjoyed having our sushi fix after a more than a month of traveling and having typical (and wonderful) French and Italian food. The fish selection here is basic, but tasty. Many of the roll options included tempura battered fish, but my gluten free husband was still able to find plenty to eat. Service was a bit brusque, not rude, but not friendly. Might have just been a bad day for that server. The email booking process was surprisingly quick, easy and friendly!

Excellent Japanese restaurant! I'm celiac/gluten-free and so I bring my own soy sauce, and every time it's a treat, the products are ultra fresh, everything is cooked to order, so it's sometimes a little long but it's worth it the shot.
