Jashan Lounge Indian Restaurant

I loved this place. Good value Indian. My vote for the most ascetically pleasing restaurant in Taree. It’s a hard place for them to advertise, through no fault of their own (already using flags & two signs to advertise for motorists after dark), given no council street lights & a dark spot parking near the front of the arcade. So can be easily missed. The restaurant across the road uses flashing lights to alert motorists coming north & south bound, if they had a flashing sign 100m north & south of Victoria street to alert motorists before passing to slow down & stop in. The place would be sold out. I will go as far to say the best spring rolls (with new for me) & delicious sprinkle of chaat masala spice. So many vegan, non vegan & gluten free options. A real modern experience. Bringing the Taree dining experience to the 21st century. Maybe council can help keep these little gems alive.

The best mango chicken I have ever had! I’m coeliac and dairy free and the lady that took my order was so accomodating and patient and even got the menu and marked everything I could eat for future take always. A very nice place, clean and friendly service. thank you!
