It had been well over 10 years since I'd eaten Chinese food, so as a treat for my husband I spent over an hour online researching gluten free Chinese restaurants and came across this one as the best rated, diverse restaurant. I rang the owner and we went through alot if dishes and she explained what she could do and what ingredients she would swap out,how and where she would prepare my food. She put me at complete ease and it was by far the most incredible take away I've had in along time, safe to say we will be ordering from here alot more often.
